Our stay at Hostal La Tortuga Booluda was simply delightful. The property caregivers were indeed amazing, ensuring our room was immaculately clean. The peaceful ambiance made us feel right at home, and we met some wonderful fellow travelers, despite it not being a party hostel.The location in Leon is exceptional, within walking distance of charming restaurants and bars, as well as the impressive cathedral. The convenience of a shuttle service to various locations is a great touch for those exploring the area.We particularly enjoyed the good breakfast options, like the delicious gallo pinto or refreshing fruits and oats. The presence of a clean kitchen and comfortable beds added to the overall comfort of our stay. Plus, the option to grab snacks from the fridge and settle payment at the end was a thoughtful detail.The shaded common area with hammocks and pool provided a relaxing spot to unwind after a day of exploring the city and its surroundings. The hostel truly caters to the 'tranquilo traveler', offering a perfect mix of colonial charm and modern comforts.
